Order
1. How Can I track my order?
Once your order is Placed/shipped, we will send an email to confirm the expected delivery date, as well as the link to track your order. You can also track the status of your order from going through your "order” from my order section on your account page on the website.
2. I am unable to see my order details in my account. What should I do?
You can see your account details by just go to the My Account page!! This will show you all of the information regarding your account, including your order details.
3. How much time takes to deliver the Order?
It normally takes 3-4 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. We would make all effort to deliver your order within the shortest time possible. Delivery timelines may vary with pin code.
4. I missed to receive of my order today so what should I do now?
In case of missed delivery, our courier partners will leave a note saying that we will try to deliver your parcel on the next working day.
5. Can I check the content inside the packages before accepting the order?
As per company policy, the packages can’t be opened before delivery accepted.But when you accept the package you can get in touch with us, in case you have any concerns.
6. What should I do if my order is taken but not yet dispatched for a long time?
In this case, you can contact our toll free E-commerce helpline number, so that we can also investigate the delay and fast track your delivery.
7. Will the delivery be re-attempted if I am not able to collect my order in the first time?
Yes, of course if you are unable to receive your order in the first time, we will try to deliver your parcel on the next working day.
8. Can I change the delivery time /delivery address for my order?
If you cannot accept the delivery at the scheduled day and time, please contact us by phone or email. You can change other information of your order like delivery shipping address, payment method, gift options, etc. by going through your orders.
9. Can I change the date of delivery?
In this case, you can contact our toll free E-commerce helpline number but at a time this option is not available.
10. If I found the packages open and the product seal broken. What should I do?
You can request for the item to be replaced or returned and inform within 48 hours.
11. What should I do if a service center denied my request to repair the product?
Please contact Customer Support with the service Centre details so that we can look forward into this.
12. Will I receive a call/message before attempts to deliver package at my place?
The courier person will call you before delivery , our delivery staff contacts the customer and requests for the convenient date & time for delivery. In case if you prefer any specific time, please communicate the same to our staff directly.
13. If I have a complaint about the courier guy who came to deliver my order. What should I do?

Cancellation and Returns
1. How can I cancel my order if order is placed?
To cancel an order just go to your Account and then click My Orders In My Order, Select An Order you want to cancel and in order details, you see a Cancel Button. Click on the cancel button and after cancellation you will get a Message or Email from us.
2. When I can cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.
3. How long does it take to cancel an Order ?
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes or an hour of placing it. If you cancel an order after it has shipped. Pay a cancelation fee.
4. Can ASVASO cancel any order?
Yes, of Couse, Asvaso has also right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
In case of Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
In case of Unavailability of products – In an exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled and other remaining products of the order will be delivered.
If the area in which customer is residing is Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
5. Can I return the product after delivery?
You can log on to your account and click on the orders option. The orders which are already delivered will have the Return/Exchange option. You have to select the order which you want to return/replace. If you have paid cash on delivery, you must provide bank details.
6. How do i know whether my order is eligible for return or not?
You can manage order to returns, exchanges, and more on the Order history page. To request a return or exchange, Sign in to your account and go to the Order history page, and then select Request a return. If you don’t see for Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a return.
7. What is the procedure to return a product ?

8. Can I return the order if the size of the product is different ?
Yes of course, you can return the order if the size of the product doesn’t fits.
9. Can I return the order if I received the product with different color?
Yes of course, you can return the order if you received a different color of the product.
10. What should I do if I find the package open, Broken or tampered on delivery?
You can request for the item to be replaced or returned. You can also get in touch with our customer care team.
11. What should I do if I found hardware or component or functional related issues with the device bought from ASVASO?
If the problem has occurred due to unsuccessful delivery then please get in touch with our customer care team. If there is a manufacturing complaint, you can get in touch with the authorized service center of the brand for any help.
12. How long it takes to get refund of my Cancelled order?
Once cancelled, full amount will be refunded to the customer and refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation.
13. How much time to get my refund once the order has been returned.
Once returned, full amount will be refunded to the customer and refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after full inspection of products.
14. How can I know about status of my refund?
You will be notified via email/message on your registered mail/contact number once your refund has been processed.
15. What is ASVASO Replacement Guarantee?
If you received a product in a damaged or defective condition or size or colour issue or it is not as pre-described, you can return it to get a brand new without any extra cost!
16. If I request for a replacement of a product, when will I get it?
The replacement order is initiated after successful picked up of delivered item. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for any more details.
17. If I have ordered items in bulk, can I return one or more items or do I have to return the entire order?
In this case, no need to return the entire item. You can only return one or many items in your order.
18. What is ASVASO Returns policy?
You can return the order if the size of the product doesn’t fits, you can return the order if you received a different color of the product. If you received a product in a damaged or defective condition or size or color issue or it is not as described, you can return it to get a brand new without any extra cost!
19. Can I return the items after the policy period?
As per company norms, returns are not possible after the policy period.
20. What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return policy period?
You can get in touch with an authorized service center of the brand to claim the warranty for your product if applicable.
21. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes, If you return the product the free gift has to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
22. I have requested for a return of my item. When will it happen?
Once you processed the request of return a product then our customer care team will get in touch with you immediately.
Payment
1. If payment process was interrupted. What Should we do?
No need to worry! You can contact us or contact our customer care team to check if you’ve paid for the order.

Yeah! Of course, You can use your Debit/Credit card or Net banking to pay for an products at ASVASO.
4. How can I pay using a credit or debit card?
It’s very easy & simple to pay using your Credit or Debit card!
Keep your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number ready with ATM Password and Registered mobile number.
5. Can I pay on ASVASO with any Credit card?
You can choose to pay on ASVASO with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit cards issued in India.
6. Can I use any Debit card to pay on ASVASO?
You can choose to pay on ASVASO with any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Debit card.
7. What card information does ASVASO store?
We currently do not store any card information and transactions happen through authorized and secure payment gateways.
8. Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on Asvaso?
Absolutely! At Asvaso, we use the highest possible security to protect your card details. All credit card and debit card payments with us are also processed through secure and trusted payment gateways which are managed by leading banks.
9. Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for every product I buy on Asvaso?
COD orders are not available for high value orders, Currently COD is also not available for all Pin Codes. Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to see if your Pin Code is covered.
10. Can I buy something by paying part of the amount by Wallet?
You can buy by paying part of the amount from your Paytm, PayU or MobiKwik Wallet , amazon pay wallet and paying the rest amount by using any other prepaid method of payment such as Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery cannot be combined with a Wallet payment.
11. How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order?

12. How can I get the 3D Secure password for my Credit/Debit card?
You can get a 3D Secure password by registering your Credit/Debit card from your bank's website.
13. How does the 3D Secure password add security to my online transactions?
The 3D Secure password is known only to you and this makes sure that only you can use the card for the online shoping.
14. What is a 3D Secure password?
A 3D Secure password is a security measure from VISA & MasterCard that adds an extra layer of security through the identity verification for your online Credit & Debit card transactions.
15. What is Asvaso EMI payment option?
ASVASO EMI scheme is available for American Express, Citi, Axis & HDFC credit card holders only. You may choose to pay in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month installments. The minimum order value to avail the EMI payment option is Rs 10,000.
16. How do I make a payment using Asvaso credit card EMI option?
Once you've added your desired items into your cart, proceed to checkout as usual. You have to choose a 'Payment Option', select EMI. Choose your bank and plan (3, 6, 9 or 12-month) of your choice and enter your credit card details. Once the payment is authorized, your order will be processed and shipped. You will have to pay the total amount, in the predetermined number of installments, as per the credit card billing cycles.
Shopping
1. Can I buy/order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ is not available for sale.
2. What does product ‘Out of Stock’ mean?
If Products are out of stock it means product are not available to buy in a store because they have all been sold, so you can’t buy it now.
3. Is it necessary to have an account to shop from ASVASO?
No, It's not necessary to have an account to shop on ASVASO. You can check out as a guest but you will have to provide us with a valid e-mail id, phone number and address for us to send you the goods.
4. What does 'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming ‘of a product mean?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came because people found it hard to get some popular items in stores because of their popularity or product interest. Companies then had the idea to allow limited customers to reserve their own personal copy before its release, which has been a huge success.
5. Is installation is offered for products at ASVASO?
Installation is not offered for any products by ASVASO but currently we are working on it. Installation is not provided by the brand as it is a Plug-and-Play device.
6. Does ASVASO deliver product internationally?
Currently, we don't deliver items outside India.
7. Why do I see “COD Charges?
Asvaso charges a very less fee for orders placed by using COD payment mode. COD charges will be added to your total order amount.
Warranty
1. Is warranty applicable to products that I buy from ASVASO?
All products bought on ASVASO come with the manufacturer warranty. You can check the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for any information about a service center close to you.
2. The warranty card is not sealed on the product that I bought from ASVASO. How do I claim warranty?
Mostly service center demands a proof of purchase of the product( i.e. original invoice ) as proof to provide warranty service. If you face any trouble regarding this please contact us for help at customer care services.
3. Why the warranty card on my product is not sealed?
We will have to open the box to seal a product, warranty card on my product and most consumers don't accept items if the box has been opened. So, as per company policy we don't seal on warranty cards. All manufacturers accept the purchase invoice as proof to provide product warranty. Please keep invoice safe.
4. What is the warranty for the product after replacement I got? Will it be the same as the initial product?
Yes, the warranty for your replaced product will be the same as your initial product.
