Cancellation, Returns And Replacement Policies

Cancellations

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.You can cancel an order within 30 minutes or an hour of placing it. If you cancel an order after it has shipped. Pay a cancelation fee.Order can be cancelled before the shipment. Once order get cancelled amount will be refunded for ‘prepaid orders’

Cancelation Criteria

Order can be cancel under the following circumstances:

In case of Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.

In case of Unavailability of products – In an exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled and other remaining products of the order will be delivered.

If the area in which customer is residing is Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.

Suspected fraudulent information.

Returns & Replacement

If you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us through Register email ID and sent it to via email within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures.

Order can be return under the following circumstances :

  • Product is damaged/defective.
  • Differ from the description given on the website.
  • Wrong item delivered/Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity.
  • Missing parts/accessories.

Return Eligibility

You can manage order to returns/replace, exchanges, and more on the Order history page. To request a return or exchange, Sign in to Order history, and then select Request a return. If you don’t see for  Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a return.

If customer wants to return a received product, customer needs to inform us within 2 working days of receiving the order.

  • If the product is delivered defective or damaged, then customer needs to inform us through Register email ID or Registered Mobile Number Number And sent it to care@asvaso.com or Call us at +917042167789  within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Delivered Products should be unused.
  • All items must be returned with their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  • Product Invoice should be available.
  • The Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Returning a Product

There are 2 possible ways to return the Delivered product.

First way is to return the product from our side where we send the courier partner and get the product picked up from customers.

In other cases if we cannot provide return service then customer needs to send the product to us through the courier only. Once, the product is received by us, and then we will reverse the courier charges

Steps to follow to Return a Product

  • Customer needs to inform us through call/email within 2 working days of receiving the order.
  • Delivered Product should be unused.
  • Product Invoice should be available.
  • We can raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged our courier partner will collect the product within 7 business days.
  • Customer needs to pack the delivered product with Brand packing & paste the invoice on it.
  • Customer will hand over the product to our courier boy.
  • Once the pickup is done, product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
  • After receiving the product for return, quality check will be done over the product by our team which takes 2 days’ time.
  • Products sold as combo offer can’t be returned individually.
  • If product is found damage/defective, We will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.

Refund

  • Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing of the order.
  • Refund with Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-7 business days
  • If transaction/payment is done by through NEFT and Cheque then customer need to share below mentioned details from registered e-mail id.
    • Account number
    • Account Holder name
    • IFSC Code
  • After receiving the required information for the refund, refund will be processed in 2 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2-7 business days.
  • For EMI payment, refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation of product.
